A tropical cyclone(“HudHud”) hit the eastern coast of India in October 2014. Due to this, I was unable to travel to the state of Tamil Nadu.
In this post, I attempt to find out what makes the cuisines of these Four southern states(Kerala,Karnataka,Andhra/Telangana region and Tamil Nadu) so different from each other.
